We have been BS EN ISO 9001 approved for more than 15 years and operate a fully audited and updated quality system. Our welding quality management system is certified to BS EN ISO 3834-2: comprehensive requirements.

The factory production control system at all Rowecord's workshops has been assessed and approved, making the factory one of the first UK steel construction companies to be able to apply the CE for management in Highway Works for corrosion protection (sector scheme 19A) and execution of steelwork in transportation infrastructure assets (sector scheme 20).

Fundamental to our systems is the development of people. Our welders are trained and qualified to European standards; inspection and test technicians are independently qualified to either PCN or CSWIP requirements; and protective treatment operatives are registered on approved ICATS training schemes.

The QUENSH management team - Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety - constantly reviews performance and report to top management. Strategic objectives promote and drive continual improvement throughout the organisation.
